Diaries of a Wildlife Photographer

20 Jan 2022
St Luke's in the Avenue
Kew, Richmond

Expect to see some stunning bird, nature and landscape images from photographer Rene de Heer as he takes his audience on a tour of Europe and further afield.

Rene has been a nature photographer for 30 years and his work has been widely published.  Rene will talk about how he goes about his work and of the difficulties, frustration and discomfort of concealing himself in hides or other impossible structures to get his shots. Other clubs he has visited have reported how this is told with many humorous anecdotes and observations which entertain his audience.

The talk will be held on the top floor of St. Luke's Community Centre in Kew and run from 8 to 10 p.m. with the dual option of watching proceedings via Zoom.  RTPS continues to monitor Government advice to ensure it only meets when safe to do so and if there is a change this will be announced on its website www.rtps.org.uk.  Everyone is asked to take a Lateral Flow Test before attending.

Prospective new members are warmly invited to join us for one or two meetings before making a commitment to become a member.  Just drop us an email at info@rtps.org.uk
