Experienced researcher and archivist Jessamy Carlson, Family and Local History Engagement Lead from the National Archives, will discuss useful sources for tracing the lives of your ancestors.

She will begin her talk with commonly used records such as civil registration and census material, and work through a number of case studies which identify a variety of records held in both local and national collections which provide fascinating insight into the lives of our forebears.
