Conservation on the Road: Caring for Masonry

Discover more about our core work - maintaining stone structures. We will look at re-pointing using different types of mortar and visitors will be able to have a go at mixing their own mock mortar to repair a miniature wall section.
Suitable for all. Please meet us next to the Marble Hill cafe.

Suitable for ages 12 and above.

29 May and 18 June timeslots at 2pm - 2.45pm and 3.15pm - 4pm.

30 May and 19 June timeslots at 3.15pm - 4pm.
