Deck Your Walls: Walter Lindner - a retrospective
Art collector Simon Hearnden curates this significant exhibition of works by the late Berlin artist Walter Lindner (1936-2007). A true master of his oeuvre, Lindner created wonderfully composed, graphic artworks, often with subtle humour, satire and great technique, evolved during a forty-year obsession. Following a successful taster showing of Lindner’s work at our recent Spring Art Fair, this exhibition is a not to be missed treat for artists and art lovers alike.

Richmond Film Society – screening of 'Letters from Baghdad' (UK)
Voiced by Tilda Swinton, this documentary explores the extraordinary life of English writer, archaeologist, diplomat and spy Gertrude Bell. Openly critical of colonialism, Bell offered a counterpoint to typical British all-male power; and her views on the future of the Middle East were prescient.
The Season continues with an acclaimed documentary on the life of Gertrude Bell. Tickets are available on the night for non-members at £6 (£4 full-time students). Film notes are provided and and audience feedback is obtained via response slips. All are very welcome. Please come along and join us.
