Kingston-upon-Thames Madrigal Society

The Society was founded in 1905. Gustav Holst and Ralph Vaughan Williams have in their time signed the Society’s attendance books. We have an extensive library of madrigals including Byrd, Dowland, Gabrieli, Gibbons, Lassus, Monteverdi, Morley, Palestrina and Tallis. We do not give concerts, singing instead for pleasure. New members welcome.

We meet on the first Saturday of the winter months at either the Swinnerton Hall or the John Hunt Hall, St. Luke’s Church, Gibbon Road, Kingston, KT2 6AB, between 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm. For more information, contact Jennifer on 0208 788 3671 or email enquiries.ktms@gmail.com.
