All Hallows Church, Twickenham

All Hallows Church are having the Kindred Spirit Band play their acclaimed, electrifying progressive folk rock for a special concert on Saturday 25th March 2017. See their recent feature in Prog Magazine, where they are described as

"Folk Rock meets classical with a scientific edge".

The Kindred Spirit Band sound is special and distinctive, driven by "haunting and bewitching" female vocals, guitar, two classically trained, virtuoso, lead instrument players (on violin and flute / sax), dynamic drums and bass guitar and laced with jigs, reels and duelling improvisations. The band features Elaine Samuels (guitar and vocals), Catherine Dimmock (flute, sax and vocals) , Martin Ash (electric violin), Mike Hislop (bass) and Alan Barwise (drums). We will be having a special support tonight too, with the young and talented Cathryn Gleeson.

The band will be performing in the main space of All Hallows Church tonight, which will be a beautiful setting for the concert. All Hallows Church is a very special place to come into because it has a vibrant and welcoming community who are doing really wonderful work, bringing the local community together.

The band will be donating £2 from every album sold to the church's main charity, SPEAR.
